The problem
Real estate content is judged in the first second and forgotten in the third. Andrés needed volume without the quality dropping, and a look consistent enough that a viewer recognises his listings before they see his name.
What I did
- 01
Shoot and cut every piece end to end (direction, camera, edit, color and motion graphics), so nothing waits on a hand-off.

Cover the full range from a single production system: property tours, listing videos, personal branding content and social ads.
- 03
Cut for the vertical feed first, using the same hook and retention discipline that built a 200k-follower channel.
- 04
Keep one grade and one motion system across every piece so the whole output reads as one brand.
What it produced
- 50+ pieces delivered across two years of continuous work.
- Supported listings that sold in under two weeks, plus new client acquisition and rentals.
