The problem
Luxury real estate is sold on presentation, but a brokerage cannot depend on a developer every time a listing changes. The site had to carry the aesthetic and hand control back to the team, while actually being found by people searching for property in Toronto.
What I did
- 01
Designed and built the whole site in Astro, UI/UX through to front-end and deployment.
- 02
Built an admin dashboard so the team manages listings and site content without touching code.
- 03
Implemented technical SEO aimed at Toronto property search: structure, metadata and structured data.
What it produced
- Live in production and run day to day by the brokerage.
- Listings and content updated by the team directly, with no developer in the loop.
