The problem
On a listings portal every unit looks like every other unit, and luxury is the first thing that flattens. Q Homes needed tours good enough to be worth leaving the portal for, on a site of their own.
What I did
- 01
Shot each unit as a continuous walk rather than a slideshow of rooms, so the space keeps its geography and a buyer can hold the layout in their head.
- 02
Lit and graded for the finish materials, because at this price point the argument is in surfaces before it is in square footage.
- 03
Held one visual standard across all three, so the set reads as a brokerage with a look rather than three separate jobs.
What it produced
- Runs on the Q Homes website, which I designed and built for them alongside the tours.
